What a great spot! Last minute we decided to stay a night in Fayetteville to visit friends and family we haven’t seen in a while. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. The instructions were clear to access the unit. Beautiful studio style room with a great view. Very close to food, and drinks. It was great! We will definitely be staying again next time we visit.

Great location if you're doing anything at U of A. The apartment had great views overlooking Dixon street, yet it still felt private. Even with the shades up, it didn't feel like people could see into the apartment from outside. The host was very responsive and the place was great. The only downside is that it's pretty small. Their are 2 small chairs at the foot of the bed and bar stools at the kitchen counter, but the only really comfortable place to sit is on the bed. I was visiting my daughter and thought about having her over so she could get off campus for a bit, but it wasn't really conducive to hanging out. That aside, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was decorated nicely, the balcony is great place to sit and read, and the place had everything I needed. I highly recommend it if the space fits your needs.

We loved our stay! Tons to do in the area. Super private building and great unit. Will definitely be back.
