Lovely home! Close to everything but still feels very private. Anne is a very responsive and helpful host.

The apartment is very cute and quiet. To get in the driveway, you need to go slow; if you miss it, there is no easy way to go back. Easy parking right in front of the door. Anne has two little kids (in 2024), so if your idea is to sleep in, think twice; it was okay for us. I loved the shower, it is big with a rain-style showerhead <3

Anne's place is lovely and looks even better than the photos! We loved the porch and the place felt very quiet despite being close to a main road. Anne was extremely responsive and assisted us anytime we needed her help. If we're back in Austin will definitely book again.

Anne had great communication with check in institutions and throughout our stay. She had some cold water in the fridge for us when we arrived which was a sweet little detail. Greatly appreciated that since we got in late and didn’t realize we had no water. Bed is a hard mattress but I don’t mind that. Location seems odd at first because it’s in front of a hwy but once you learn the city you realize it’s a great location to walk and cheap Ubers to town if you don’t feel like walking. Great location to take daily walks around the lake. You will hear the family in the house a little but not as bad as city noise in my opinion. Don’t think Austin really has a quiet part. I felt safe in the neighborhood and I liked that the house was tucked away. Didn’t hear city noise tucked back. Anne was super sweet.
