房子位于市中心，很方便，但周末晚上会有点吵。楼下是各种餐厅，选择还是蛮多样的。房东人很好，房间也很干净，非常推荐入住，去海滩和城堡大概步行五分钟都能到。

Great studio, very clean and excellent location. Only downside is the loud bar downstairs, not the best airbnb for someone who doesn’t like to stay up late

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Alicante. Die Wohnung war sauber und entspricht den Fotos. Preis Leistung ist top. Der einzige negative Punkt war die Lautstärke nachts- da die Wohnung direkt im Zentrum umgeben von Bars und Restaurants und direkt über einer Bar/ Club war, war es doch sehr laut bis ca 3 Uhr morgends. Den Bass hat man noch im Bett gespürt. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Lage ideal, man ist überall (Strand, Bars, Restaurants) innerhalb von wenigen Minuten oder sogar weniger. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der direkt im Geschehen und nah am Strand sein möchte.

Vladimir’s apartment was great and the check-in was very easy even though we arrived late. While this is not something the host can control, the only thing to keep in mind is that the bars below are very noisy at night and you can hear everything, if you are a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you.

El alojamiento tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. Cocina con todo lo necesario, cama y ducha amplias y la casa en general impecable. Anfitrión muy atento y responde rápido. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré a alojarme aquí.
