Matt was a very responsive and welcoming host! He let us know up front that they were renovating the bathroom, so aesthetically it wasn't up to par, but it was fully functional and was able to accommodate all of our needs. There was more than enough space for us, our three daughters and our dog to spread out in and get a good night's rest. The off-street parking was a plus too.

For the price of this rental and the location it offers you, being able to book this place was great. It was central to Gannon and the downtown area, as well as the waterfront. At the time of our stay, they were unfortunately in the middle of a bathroom renovation (an attempt to upgrade the older bathroom referenced in the earlier reviews). While we were not able to appreciate the benefits of the renovation, all faculties were still available to us and Matt was extremely proactive with checking in and alerting us to the situation. There is ample space in this apartment and our party of four had plenty of room. No doubt a party of 6 would be just as fine. If mobility may be a concern for you, the front door opens to a set of stairs, as the unit is on the first floor. There is a sturdy handrail the whole way, but the steps are carpeted with a thick cushion underneath. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thank you Matt!

Matt was extremely pleasant to speak with. Any time we communicated he was very responsive. I will definitely be looking into staying at this air bnb again when In the area next year.. The location of the air bnb was very central to everything. There were plenty of restaurants, stores and local things to do around it, all within walking distance.
