Had an awesome stay and the place was so amazing better than expected, The unit was cozy and nice.The check-in process went smoothly, and the hosts were so helpful and responsive, if given the chance would love to come and stay again . Highly recommended kudos to Mel . Thanks much

Some good things: Mel is very responsive, very flexible and convenient check in; location very convenient with public transits; 2 TVs with lots of major channels including sports channel; garbage pick up daily, guards helpful. Not so good: bedroom very tight; no AC in living room; living room dark since no window; couch hardly has cushion - needs to be replaced; dining chairs in need of repairs; shampoos etc were left overs from previous renters; needs to have a separate utility cabinets for mops, brooms, etc - they make room smelly; dish rack needs cleaning or replaced; lots of dust behind furnitures and appliances; need spray for roaches; walls, face of cabinets and handles of appliances need to be cleaned of fingerprints. We advised Mel of issues and he promised to take care of major issues.

The owner will remind you of all the precautions on the day of check-in and will respond promptly to any questions. condos has MRT and supermarket, which is very convenient. We'll decide when we get a chance.
