Gorgeous 1927 craftsman home with modern updates and the artistic touch. I love my house. It’s been thoughtfully decorated and designed to be bright, welcoming and inviting. Your pet family is invited to join you, at no additional charge, kids have their own place to hang out. Fenced backyard is a great way to have a private picnic and front yard gazebo is the best for making winter s’mores. I hope you are as comfortable here as I have been the past 7 years. Welcome! This 1927 Craftsman bungalow is made to make you feel right at home. Originally remodeled by a master woodworker there are gorgeous touches and finishes everywhere. As an artist I’ve added a lot of my own flair creating a truly unique stay where I hope you feel very welcome. Main Level: -Kitchen - fully stocked to serve 12 and cook up a storm, it’s a great place to host dinners and get togethers. -Dinning Room / Living Room -Dinning table seats 12 (there are extra serving platters in the buffet) and shares an open floor plan with the living room. Both have great big windows and lots of light. -Living room has 2 comfy sofas and one oversized chair. The yellow sofa turns into a double bed (sleeps a snug 2 people) and the long couch can sleep an extra person. -Queen bedroom with a small walk-in closet and a lovely view of the backyard and garden beds. Comfortable mattress with memory foam topper and lots of sunlight when you open the curtains. -Full bath just off the Queen bedroom with an amazing clawfoot tub and rain water shower head. It is a luxurious space and comes equipped with soaking salts for you to enjoy during your stay. Second floor -Large king bedroom with a tuft and needle mattress, water rower, wireless printer and windows overlooking the back yard. Has a full walk in closet and dresser for extra items. The King bedroom is filled with gorgeous finishes and is a large, lovely and inviting space. -Bonus room - kids play room. The bonus room is just off the king bedroom at the top of the stairs. It is a smaller space with a fold out Joybird sofa and is lightly stocked with activities for kids and playful adults alike. -Second bathroom - larger tiled bathroom with great shower and angled ceilings, it’s a beautiful space. Backyard The backyard is fully fenced and private, it has 2 hammocks, 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 smaller chairs. There is a deck and string lights that are up year round. Your pets are welcome here. *please note if your pups are escape artists or diggers they should not be left unattended, we are not responsible for sneaky pets and don’t want any of them to get out and lost. Front yard The front yard has couches and a fire pit under a clear roof gazebo. This is my favorite spot when the weather is nice. I’ve outfitted the space with cozy blankets and extra pillows. It’s the perfect hangout when the wind isn’t howling. Staff: My son (property manager) lives in a tiny house in the back yard. It is separate and separated from the home, he is quiet and friendly and you won’t know he is there unless you’d like contact. He is available to help, restock supplies and answer questions.
