A few steps from the beach and close to all services, the apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator in a context of great value. A well-kept and livable garden surrounds the residence with two swimming pools (children and adults), a tennis court and a play area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, two bathrooms (one with a shower), a large living room with a kitchenette and a splendid living terrace with sea view. The condominium has an elevator. Close to the residence there are: a supermarket, a drugstore, a bakery, as well as restaurants and pubs.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Paolo's apartment at the Isola Verde residence in Silva. The apartment is in a house in the middle of a well-kept garden, there are two swimming pools, a football games for children and adults, table tennis, tennis playground. The sea of sandy beaches is just across the road. The apartment has everything a family could need. Nearby are cafes, shops, restaurants and great ice cream places. The administrator, who also lives in the residence and we had contact with him from Paolo, was very helpful. We will be very happy to come back here next year. Thank you Paolo.

Very nice stay
Comfortable apartment, beautiful sea view, well equipped, nice concierge and super clean. The only thing missing are towels and bed linens but the swimming pools make up for it!
