We absolutely loved our time at Tim’s place. Tim was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place is beautifully furnished and very homely at the same time. There’s a lovely little outdoor space and location is perfect. So easy to get to most places from there, that’s if you want to ever leave the area. It’s full of nice coffee places, bars, shops and restaurants. The reservoir is a short walk away and makes a lovely morning walk. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our week stay here. If you're visiting Silver Lake, you cannot beat the location. Despite being so centrally located to Sunset Blvd, the street and home are incredibly quiet. I really appreciated how uncluttered the home was, in addition to the well placed and decorated furniture. As many have already mentioned, the included visitor parking is an absolute HUGE perk as parking in this area can be challenging as a non-resident. That said, I always was able to find parking either directly in front of, or very close to the home on the same block. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Excellent stay in SilverLake! Exactly as described and shown in photos. Updated and very clean with all amenities you would need. Felt like we lived in the neighborhood. Very short walk to cafes and shops yet set back enough for a quiet evening. Tim was very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay again when back in town!

This place is fantastic! Super ideal location, very comfortable bed, light and airy space with stocked kitchen, beautiful sunset views, and then there’s the added bonus of a parking permit for the duration of your stay - basically LA gold! Tim was super responsive and very helpful if I ever needed anything, and I’d love to stay here again. I highly recommend!!
