新都城一期超干净的房子！一切都白白净净的，住得太舒服了。设施一应俱全，空调啊厨房什么的全都很好用。感谢房东~

Kendric’s place is very spacious, not just to Hong Kong standard, but also to the standard of most urban lives. It is fully equipped and is very comfy. With the big windows in the living room and in the bedroom, there’s plenty of sunshine inside the house – well, we love this brightness during daytime, but if there were darker curtains in the bedroom, we’d be able to enjoy longer sleep every day! However, that won’t be a problem if you have an eye mask with you! The location is very good as it’s close to the MTR station. It is easily accessible from different areas in the city. Communication with Kendric has been smooth and timely, and he is a generous host. Check-in was easy, for Kendric had given us very clear and detailed instructions/explanation to follow – we really appreciate it! Yet, the podium entrance to the estate was a little tricky and not easy to find; but once you know where it is, it’s a very convenient access to and from the building. We think it’s a fabulous deal to stay at his place. You cannot find anything better in Hong Kong at this cost! It’s highly recommended!

Definitely one of my best Airbnb experience so far! Kendric has been a wonderful, welcoming host throughout my stay in Hong Kong. He was very welcoming and knew all the nice places to visit around Hong Kong, including great photo spots and restaurants. His place was as listed and cleanly maintained. If you have any request, he is responsive and will try his best to accommodate it. The place is very conveniently located, and I would recommend it to any traveler who is looking for a nice, quiet place to stay and enjoy an authentic HK life.

Highly recommended for a longer stay or if you're looking for a more residential part of Hong Kong. Well furnished flat that's fairly spacious (for HK standards) with all the mod cons, and linked directly to a massive mall. Thanks for the stay Kendric.
