Apartment has all the necessary furniture, in addition it was nice to sit on the corner sofa and look out the large window at the local birds. The hostess quickly responded to my messages and allowed me to check in a little earlier and check out later because our flight was late. I recommend this accommodation for living. An important plus is that there is a 7/11 grocery store within walking distance.

It was a good place for a long stay. Communication with Ead was good and problems were resolved quickly. The sofa was old and a bit uncomfortable, but the bed was comfortable. It was a little far from main place area so I had to walk a bit, but it was nice and quiet. Only thing is the sound of music and singing from a nearby club was loud until midnight, but the sound could not overcome the fatigue of the trip. I can sleep but if somebody needs ear pug. Ead prepare it already. I will be back this place definitely.

An amazinggg apartment to spend the new year! I watched the fireworks from the balcony. Ead was a great host from start to finish and communicated with me the whole time. The check in was easy and the apartment was cosy with some lovely pieces of art. Thank you for having me! 🌝😌🙏🏼

The condo is spacious, stylish, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for an extended stay. There's a proper working desk, and though the kitchen is small, it's fully functional with useful amenities like a french press, blender, and rice cooker. The bed is comfy, and the swimming pool is a refreshing retreat after a day of activities. The location is not far from the city center, just a 15-minute taxi ride from Nimman and the old city. It's also in proximity to the nice Jin Jai market. While there is some noise from a nearby bar, it only lasts until 12:30 am, making it manageable for those who aren't early sleepers. Overall, it's an excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for a prolonged stay in Chiang Mai.

Beautiful and very cosy apartment. Ead was a fantastic host! A good place to stay in if you are in Chiang Mai for a longer time. The location is a bit away from everything and not that great if you like walking (unfortunate for us).
