Villa apartment in a cozy family friendly residential neighborhood. Room for 5 grownups and two children. Sit on our small terrace facing south or the "spanish staircase" where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun or use the more private backyard with outdoor furniture, kids toys and workout equipment. Get a tan while you eat your meals or get your workout in. If you like boardgames, books or watching TV then we've got all in our large livingroom. Apartment with 2 rooms, sleeping space for 5 grownups and two children newer kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is close to the Town Hall Square, Kongens Nytorv, the beach, the airport and the highway to Sweden. The area is a residential neighborhood, 1 and 2-family houses. The street is closed to unauthorized traffic so children can play ball, roller skating and be cycling without worrying of traffic, but should be watched as residents still come in and out. :) The apartment has a kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and there is a towel warmer and underfloor heating. The living room is approx. 40 m2, there is a 6 seater dining table and large couch where we can make two beds if necessary. At the other end of the room there is a small work station and a bunch of kids toys. There is also a changing station for the smaller kids. TV with streaming channels (Disney, Netflix, HBO) and HDMI. In the bedroom there are two beds for grown-ups and 2 childrens beds as well as a closet with room for your clothes. The apartment has a small garden to the south and a terrace opportunity to grill or take a "coffee break". We also have workout equipment but if you wish to use that you need to notify us beforehand. Landlord lives at 2 floor, so it's easy and quick to get help or advice. There is also great flexibility in and out-checking. There is approx. 5 minutes walk to the Metro, and from there it takes 7-10 minutes to get into town or to the airport. There are also several buses close by. Amager Beach is approx. 800 meters away, bathing water quality is excellent, and there are many sports and cultural events. Copenhagen is a very bicycle friendly city, and if you have the time, I would recommend a bike ride.
