Spent Kentucky Derby weekend at this charming house and it was just right! It is small and cozy, but just plenty for our short stay. The number one highlight is the proximity to Churchill Downs- just a stone’s throw- which made our two full days at the track a breeze. No dealing with crowds, parking, Ubers… the ease of access was worth its weight in gold! Whitney’s communication was stellar, the house was clean and eclectic. Loved the welcome basket and sweet touches- chalkboard signs, flowers, chocolates on pillows. Highly recommend!

Whitney was a wonderful host who was highly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. She provided us with everything we could ever need (bourbon, horseshoes, snacks, etc.) and more with plenty of thoughtful items thrown in. The location was absolutely perfect with respect to proximity to Churchill Downs race track as we were able to see the track from our back window and walk there within 4 minutes (as promised in the listing). The only negative (and not a criticism of Whitney or the home) is that the area surrounding the track is not particularly nice but felt safe. The home was exactly what we needed for a guys' trip to the Kentucky Derby. Kitchen was great for cooking a quick breakfast, backyard was great for having a few drinks before heading to race, and there was just enough room to accommodate 6 adults. Thanks for a great weekend.

Highly recommend Whitney's home!! We had such an amazing weekend and will definitely request to stay here any time we visit Louisville. The house is immaculate, adorable, and so welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better place. 10+ stars!
