Sitio muy top con un bosque enfrente. Los detalles como la pasta de dientes, el vino y los chocolates siempre marcan la diferencia. En relación precio calidad, supero mis expectativas. Muy seguramente volveré donde Felipe!

The good things first: Felipe is answering very fast and you can book directly, which is great if you are looking for a place to sleep at on short notice. You can walk to the city center in about 10‘. Not so good: * Dirty floors (black feets within seconds) * Kitchen: One cabinet door will soon fall out (the hinges are not fixed properly) and another door is already missing completely. The kitchen is in need of a good deep clean. Use of the oven will provoke electricity cuts if any other electrical items are used at the same time. * Shower head holder has been „fixed“ with a piece of cardboard. No shampoo or shower gel provided. * There is a chewing gum stuck under one of the bedside tables. * On the balcony 3 out of 4 chairs are broken. * No washing machine in the same building. You have to walk to the next one and pay 2‘000 Pesos for it with 4x500 coins. Same for the dryer. Would be nice to recieve infos beforehand about sauna, pool, lavenderia and bicycle rental.

The apartment was well maintained with good facilities for a few days. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and the location is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Pucon.

Depto. Super comodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, tambien destaco la limpieza del depto. Felipe siempre estuvo atento a las consultas y solicitudes. El depto esta a unas cuadras del centro de Pucón, maximo unos 10 min caminando lento, y a cuadras del terminal. Volveremos sin duda.
