Had a great few days in Porto. Great location, it took no time at all to get into nearby shops, bars and restaurants and the apartment was incredibly comfortable for our stay. There is a buzzy bar downstairs, but no sense of it once you're in the apartment as the bedrooms are towards the rear of the building.

Could not have been happier with our visit. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive, and even left us some port wine and coffee to enjoy during our stay. The view over the park was lovey, and we had a variety of bar and restaurant choices all within walking distance.

I immediately felt at home opening the door and seeing the beautiful plaza and park from the balcony. While there are several cafes below, on most nights, quiet descends around 11 pm, but not too worry if you prefer an earlier bedtime, because the bedrooms are in the back and the shutters cut out any light and sound allowing for a restful sleep. All around this apartment are sights to see, cafes to enjoy and park benches to just sit and relax. After 6 weeks in Portugal, this was the one place I imagined myself returning to visit, like an old, but modern, friend. Thank you.

What a great place! It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The balcony was perfect....so nice to feel like you are in the trees while right in the middle of a city. Everything was walkable and safe feeling. It was a treat to have 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to bring earplugs for the nights. The park is lively pretty late especially on Saturday night. We left Sunday at 2:30am for the airport and people were still going strong.
