We had a great stay at Ginny’s place. The place was quiet, big and well stocked. It was so amazing to walk in after a love drive and see a basket of snacks and bottled water in the fridge. The kids loved running around in the backyard. The house was well located close to Narrangaset beaches, Newport and Providence. Would definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely perfect rental. Clean without feeling sterile. Comfortable and well equipped, but not cluttered. Ginny thought of everything. Our favorite surprises were a boogie board, beach umbrella, welcome basket of snacks, bottled water and cream for coffee in the fridge, bandaids, masks, ziplocks of every size, and small laundry baskets in each room. Our family of four fit perfectly and enjoyed the convenient location and nearby beach. We could easily walk to Walgreens, a bagel shop, Dunkin’s, and a small grocery store. The beach down the road was a quick drive with free easy parking and the perfect size for our kids. Ginny was easy to communicate with via the app during the trip and replied quickly to any questions we had.

This was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. You could literally put yourself and your family in the car and show up. There was tolietries, towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cleaning supplies, charging unit, you name it... There was even chips and cold water in the fridge when we got there. I can't tell you how simple it made planning our trip and moving through our day. If we forgot something common, like ziplocs, they were there. The place was pristine and beachy feeling and we got our vacation on right from walking into the house. Would defintely book it again when we visit Narragansett.

Ginny was an excellent host and her home was even better than the pictures 😊 From the moment you walk in you notice everything is spotless and smells wonderful too! The house is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need from the kitchen, bbq, laundry, towels, smart TV's, large backyard for yard games, etc...It's all there as if it were your own home. The welcome basket filled with snacks was an unexpected surprise and my family definitely enjoyed the tasty treats! The location is great with a small, private beach less than a mile down the road (free too), along with great restaurants and beautiful views within a 10 minute drive. If you're looking for a place to vacation I highly recommend Narragansett and staying at Ginny's place!
