This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and once again our family had a fabulous time - from age 2 to 90. Photos don’t do it justice; the home is huge with plenty of space to all be together but also have alone time when needed. The views from the kitchen are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We can’t wait to go back again!

We reserved this house so our large family (traveling from multiple states), could all stay together while visiting for a relative’s wedding. The home was super comfortable, had all the necessary amenities we needed, and gorgeous views of the marsh just behind the home. We had room to come together but still a bed for every head and privacy. The lower level has a pool table that entertained our young adult children for many hours. Sandwich is a beautiful town and so close to the ocean. We would love to come back to take advantage of warmer weather activities such as kayaking and the beach! Thank you Wendy - we loved your home!!

The house was wonderful. It was great to have the river right next to the house for an early morning view and the house comfortably fit my entire group with extremely comfortable beds.

The house was perfect for our extended family of ten - lots of room for everyone, incredibly beautiful views that change with the hour, walking distance to a spectacular beach, and a location on the quieter north shore of Cape Cod. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect house for our special family vacation. The house was perfect, the setting was spectacular. We stayed with 9 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the communal areas were large enough for everyone to be together comfortably. Wendy was a great host from booking until our departure. Sad to end our vacation.
