I absolutely loved staying here. It was cozy and quiet and the view from the patio is amazing. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Vegas. Quick hop on the highway to anywhere.

This is very quiet codo complex, I liked that it's a gated community. We had a pet and there was plenty of sidewalks and grass for walks. Plenty of parking, we had two cars. The golf course views were nice too. It's close to everything, casinos, shopping and community parks. It has a community pool as well community gas grills. Our host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions checking in. Other than that we did not need to contact him throughout our one month stay. I wish there was a little more space for clothing but at the very end of our stay, behind the screen in the master I saw a clothing rack. Bed was comfortable but I would say the furnishings in the living room could be more comfortable. We are homebodies, so if you are out and about you may not give that a second thought. I'm glad we found Jamie's place for our extended stay. It worked out perfectly.

This was an ideal place for a longer-term stay. Great location in Summerlin and amazing views of the golf course and local wildlife. Good value for what you’re getting. Jamie was responsive and kind.

Jamie is an outstanding host and his property is truly located in one of the best parts of Vegas. He is extremely responsive and makes sure his guests are happy with their stays. The condo itself faces east and overlooks the TPC golf course with a large open patio. The neighbors are quiet as is the gated community overall. It’s comfortably appointed with plenty of storage space for long term stays. Would stay again!
