My roommate and I had an amazing stay at Joanna's place! There was enough room for two dedicated work spaces for the two of us, and the proximity to stores made both grocery shopping and grabbing a meal a breeze. The place was well stocked and Yvan was consistently quick to reply and assist with any issues/concerns that arose.

Joanna’s place was a lovely townhouse. The location was great, full of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. House itself was minimally and tastefully decorated. One downside was that there are a lot of stairs in the house which sometimes makes it difficult and tiresome to get around within the house. One room for improvement would be to get the cookware renewed because teflon pots and pans were full of scratches, which turns them carcinogenic and unhealthy to cook with.

Stayed here for an entire month and loved the location. Easily walked to Kensington Market, Queen Street, and Little Italy. Grocery stores and coffee shops were close by--take your bags! Canadians love their parks and this location allowed us to enjoy tons of green space. The space has four levels with lots of steps so be prepared to trek suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs. The rooftop was special and a great setting for a glass of wine but not entirely private. We used the desk space which was nice for work calls. Didn't use the TV too much but the "living room" is an actual room, with a door to close off noise from other spaces. Bathroom was sufficient for the three of us with a clawfoot tub to boot! Kitchen had all that we needed although it would have been better to beef up the basic necessities (cooking oil, s&p). The community is super friendly with easy access to trash and recycling spots. Ubers were plentiful--both for food delivery and transportation.

I've traveled to many cities so far, I've never seen such a perfect house before. There were many stairs tho, it was good because it was a floor divided according to the purpose. spacious and pleasant. large windows good for ventilation. a complete set of cleaning equipment. If I visit Toronto again, I want to stay at this house again. The host actively contacted me about my question.
