Boaters love that it is 0.5 mile from a boat ramp at Lucy's Branch, 3 miles from the Elk River Public Boat Launch, and 8 miles Joe Wheeler State Park. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a small room in the back where we have included a folding twin sofa bed for an additional guest. The unit is very accessible with no steps and only a very small lip on the shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need for your stay. We will provide your first roll of paper towels and toilet paper. There are full size laundry facilities and a smart tv in the living room.
