The flat/ apartment is in an amazing location. Walking distance from some do the best bars and restaurants in not just the city but the world. The team is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly suggest this place or the plethora of options they have close by!
The district is amazing. Very safe and everything you need is around. Many international tourists and in general 100% recommendable. B&F Team is very friendly and happy to help when you need them! Five stars. A few negative things: the apartment was not that clean as expected. We had to clean the whole flat. Basically they haven’t cleaned the apartment before we arrive. if you see the price tag that can be expected. The apartment is very old and needs general improvements and investment. Yes everything works, but there is nothing lovely about it. It’s heavily overpriced needs to be at least 30% cheaper, that it is worth the money. It is definitely recommendable and fulfills your needs, but there are better apartments.

We spent one month in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed every minute – the apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful area of Barcelona and you can walk nearly anywhere. The apartment itself was beautiful and super equipped - we found everything we needed. The shared roof terrace gave us summer evenings and relaxing days, we could retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city whenever we needed to. Already excited to come back some time!
Me ha gustado mucho poder vivir en este apartamento. Es súper acogedor y las ventanas dan a un patio interior muy bonito y tranquilo. La agencia estuvo muy atenta y en cuanto se lo pedí, cambió un par de cosillas que se habían ido desgastando del uso. En general, todo está en muy buen estado. Una de las habitaciones es muy bonita, tranquila y luminosa. La otra es muy sombría porque da a un patio muy pequeño por donde bajan las cañerías, que se escuchan bastante. El internet, el agua caliente, la calefacción, todo funciona perfecto. Hay una portera muy simpática. Volvería encantada, han sido 6 semanas maravillosas.
