Excelente ubicación, hermoso edificio y apartamento con detalles de arquitectura antiguos en el techo y suelo. Cocina bien equipada, cuartos y salas amplio y baño impecable. Ubicación segura y excelente zona para restaurantes. A 10 minutos de Paseo de Gracias y a 5 de Rambla Cataluña. Con multiples opciones de transporte (metro y bus) a pocos minutos. Ademas varias opciones de supermercados en la esquina de la calle. A 10 minutos del Hospital Clinic.

Departamento cómodo y amplio. La zona está súper de moda y llena de restaurantes. Eramos dos, creo que estuvimos prácticamente un mes y la experiencia fue buena. La comunicación con el host fue fácil y rápida.

Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern, stylische Einrichtung und wunderschöne Architektur. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Lage ist absolut top; alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, es hat einen Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants und Cafés und Geschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Viertel ist sauber und ruhig. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Check-in, für welches ich im Voraus meine Flugdaten und Ankunftszeit angeben musste sowie 50€ bezahlen musste für meine Ankunft am Wochenende. Als ich dann aber angekommen bin und meine Ansprechperson kontaktierte musste ich trotzdem 45 Minuten vor dem Haus warten.

This apartment is perfectly located in Barcelona's Eixample neighborhood. There are excellent bars and restaurants nearby, particularly appealing to food enthusiasts. It offers a local atmosphere while also feeling special. Exploring the city is convenient in any direction. The apartment itself is simple and accurately depicted in the photos. The emphasis is on the beautiful floors, ceilings, and balcony doors. During the day, the street noise is pleasant, and in the evening, I used a white noise app on my phone to mask it. Overall, the noise wasn't too bothersome, and after a few days, I didn't notice it. The location is the key highlight. We cooked our own meals about a third of the time, and the kitchen worked well for us. We would definitely consider renting this apartment again.

I strongly suggest looking for other options, especially if you are a family. * From the night we arrived, the water boiler was not working. So no hot water to shower nor heating. Nothing happened for 5 full days till the holidays were over. Then when they “fixed” it, it broke THREE times. So basically, we spent a third of our stay without hot water. * The “emergency contact” always responded to messages but basically to say “There is nothing we can do because no one is in the office”. * The apartment only has the bare minimum and is overpriced for what it offers: Only one wobbly and very uncomfortable IKEA sofa. The glass in the shower is loose. * One of the two rooms has zero sunlight and air. The only “window” in the room is always closed and covered with rusty metal mesh and opens into the staircase. * The area has a NO TOURISM rule. So if you are living in that apartment for tourism, then your stay is illegal. * Too noisy and the noise doesn’t stop till 2 AM in the morning.
