Was a great place to get away. only things we saw all week were deer and long horns.

Great location. Very private and peaceful. The long horn greeting was a treat, too cold to use the pool so we stayed inside. There is only one television in the home, in the living room. It was only me and my husband and we wanted to watch TV/ movies in bed (master bdrm.) A TV IN THE MASTER, would have been more convenient and comfortable in our situation. The master was crawling with spiders on the ceiling and beside the bed. It smelled of bug spray, so I’m sure the powers to be are aware. We had to crack the windows to air it out. The patio furniture, cushions, pillows and grill were layered in dust and pollen. We had to wash them before sitting on the porch. Although it’s the country, they clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Dishes were not as clean. Example, the coffee maker still had coffee, INSIDE & out. Even though I was not happy about the above mentioned issues. The house is nice w/ample space & beds linens were CLEAN & COMFY. BEAUTIFUL AT NIGHT, GREAT location!

We had such a wonderful stay at left fork. The weather was not great one day, so we stayed inside all day one day of the trip. The TV did not work— the Netflix is restricted, you cannot even login on your own account. The weather did not allow my YouTubeTV to work since the property only has satellite, but there were plenty of board games to occupy the time. It was cool seeing the longhorns. The pool was clean and well kept. The house had all the supplies we needed. I will always stay at left fork when I return to hill country.
