It’s a nice house for a group, but there is a lot to improve. There is an excellent view and great swimming pool. The whole is comfortable to host a group of 13 people in three independent houses (but without one place for everybody to regroup). Unfortunately, we faced a few challenges: - Linen and towels were stained and old - Mattresses were old and not comfortable - Electricity cut out at multiple times when cooking - Coffee machine never worked - Kitchens were not appropriately equipped: too many things, but not enough of the basics - A guide of the house would be useful (lights for outside) - We found a few cockroaches, one of them in the fridge Finally, we have felt that the mother of the host was more accusing us for the non working facilities than supporting us. She was also early and unannounced for the checkout. Overall, the house has a nice potential, but the level of service was too low compared to the price (90€/pers/night).

Manolis has been a great host since the moment we contacted him. He was always responsive, attentive and tried to accomodate all of our needs. He was more than a host! The house is in a great location with an amazing view on Antiparos.
