Newly adapted apartment Tezoro 2 is situated in a century old stone house Villa Roxy just 5 minutes walking distance from the Old town and few steps from Banje beach. Great effort has been put in decoration. Area is very quiet so you can relax without any disturbing and still reach very center in just few minutes. Apartment ( 65 m/2 ) has living room with , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room with kitchen, laundry area , 40 m/2 terrace with outside kitchen, kamado charcoal grill and garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Iva's place. The apartment is modern and clean, with everything you need. Great base in an excellent location just 5 minutes from the old town and beach.

Iva’s place was perfect for us. We are two couples aged 50-65. This place was spacious and exactly what the photos look like. 10 min walk to Old Town & Banje Beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs (113 steps from apt to bottom street & another 57 to beach😅). Check out Sveti Jacov beach! 2km walk but worth it. The highlight for us was the coal ceramic BBQ, we literally had the best dinners we have ever eaten and cooked in every night. Kitchen is well equipped with all the basic requirements! Thanks Iva. A truly wonderful stay.
The apartment was spacious and as pictured. It was just minutes away from Banya Beach and Ploče gate of the old town. There was a bus stop, small supermarket and cafe short walk up the steps. It was a great place to stay.
Great location, 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the old town

Famous Banje beach is just few steps away, cable car station for Srd mountain and ferry for island Lokrum are just 10 minutes walking distance away.
Public bus station is very close to apartment ( top of the street - approximately 70 steps). TIP: There is approximately 80 steps down the street to reach Banje beach or to get to Old town. Little bit of climbing but stunning view.
