BACK-UP POWER This house does get effected by the loadshedding schedule. In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking. The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather. SECURITY The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter fence & IPSS reaction team. Private gate padlocked to the beach.
