Don't hesitate on this one. Absolutely ideal location on the oceanfront, easy to get to, plenty of private secured parking, immediate access to the beach through the pool courtyard. The building location is walking distance to restaurants, coffee/book shop, a grocery store and more. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pans and appliances tucked in the cabinets for no clutter and a spacious pantry - we loved making breakfast as the sunrise over the ocean filled the rooms. Add the cleanliness, truly nice linens (absolute quality sheets, and I want those towels) and a comfortable building vibe... well, you have a winner. Cecilia's communication is top-tier and Jesse the building manager was but a text away. We needed a quiet, beautiful space and this delivered.

We had a great stay! The views are beautiful and were our favorite part of the trip. Plenty of parking, location is convenient with quick access to beach and pool. It’s an older building, but Condo and property grounds were very clean. Would stay again!

Fantastic view of the ocean! Very clean and well stocked. Checking in and out was easy. Jesse, the property manage, was helpful and friendly. The beach area was not over-crowded, though it was Spring Break-family friendly with no spring breakers allowed. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay. The condo has been updated and was very comfortable and the perfect size for us. Loved having the washer dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and couches were comfy. You absolutely can’t beat the location! The view from the master bedroom and the balcony are what make this condo totally worth it. You are literally steps from the beach. So convenient to everything and everywhere you want to be. The complex was nice and peaceful and the management was very responsive and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
