Nice area, had to ask for a key. dishwasher full, both the washer and dryer had clothes in them. Had to ask to have a battery replaced in master bedroom smoke alarm. battery was removed.

Needed a spot to stay while working at the nearby mill. It was nice and close, extremely clean and cozy home to come back to after work.

Mary's place was fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous house right on the lake. Spacious and plenty of room to stay with family and relax. Mary was great to deal with and very responsive! we are definitely going to visit again and look forward to the pontoon boat. Thanks Mary!!!

The lake was beautiful and reaching peak fall colors while we were there. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. We relished watching a loon fish our first morning there. Although we were just minutes from Calais where we found quaint restaurants and good grocery stores, the location was serene. The layout of the cabin was ideal with two main level bedrooms and a full main level bathroom because we traveled with two family members who have mobility issues. My husband and I appreciated the spaciousness of the master suite upstairs. We were grateful that dogs are welcome here -- a necessity for our family. We hope to return here again soon!
