Brent’s condo was great. The floor to ceiling windows make the condo feel so open with great views. The beds are comfy. The place is clean. Lots of things in the kitchen for cooking ! Communication was quick and easy. And in regards to price, I was in a panic to find something affordable. I almost gave up until I found this condo. The monthly discount was a breathe of fresh air. Other condos in the area, with same size amenities etc we’re almost robbery. Thanks for the great holiday and not gouging pockets ! I would highly recommend this property.

The Host was wondeful and eaay to reach. Location was fantastic, right on down town. Apartment is on 15th floor with an fantastic view to city, lake, mountain. WiFi was more than great. Very clean. Entertainment facility was perfect. We also had a parking space in garage. We would highly recomment this apartment.

On arrival was told the dryer was broken and would be at least 2 weeks to get someone out to get it fixed - solution from host was to take my 2 small children in the middle of a pandemic to a laundry mat everyday and sit there for 2 hours waiting for my clothes to be dry while on a trip and he would refund me 20$ a week. Very unrealistic. Finally after not getting much response from host I spent most of my day on the phone with air B and B staff, they assisted me with this issue and told host they had 24 hours to replace dryer or we would have option to check out early as an amenity was promised and wasn’t delivered on. Once that option was given to host from air B and B staff they brought in a new dryer within 3 hours that same day. (Wish that could have been done from the start instead of all the headache it caused us). To top that off there was a massive building being built right beside us the entire stay. Woke my kids and I up at 6 every morning. This would have been nice to know before we booked it as I had grumpy kids entire trip because of their lack of sleep and inability to nap due to loud banging and concrete saws next door all day throughout the week (even weekends). On a positive note the place was very clean on arrival, great location and very friendly neighbours in the apartment building.

The place is in a great location. Furniture and appliances are very new. The host is very responsive.
