We have mixed feelings about this AirBnB. Firstly, it’s in a good location - right next door to the amazing Cashew Tree and a quick scooter ride to lots of shops/restaurants/beaches. The on site staff are friendly, and the grounds themselves are nice, with a lovely pool. However, the place is really let down by its cleanliness. We upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room because the standard was so dirty, with marks all over the walls and floor, grimy light switches and a filthy cushion on the seat. The deluxe room was better, and we enjoyed our stay after upgrading.

All is perfect, really good swimming pool, near to bingin beach by foot, 5 minutes to padang padang beach by scoot and 10 minutes to uluwatu by scoot. Rooms are cozy, with big bed and big bathroom. We really loved to stay here. Thank you so much

The room was clean, spacious and the airconditioning worked perfect. Bed sleeps nice. Pool was very nice. Very good location. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place in Pecatu that has the necessary things. Don’t expect anything fancy, but this is great value for money!

This listing is close to the beach and located right next to The Cashew Tree, which has delicious food. The room is simply decorated but has everything you need. Host helped me coordinate transportation needs around Bali (thank you!). Some construction going on during the day (starting at 9:30ish) but the hosts are very communicative and were willing to coordinate some of the louder construction activities for later in the day when we were looking to spend time by the pool. Perfect place if you will be out during the day sightseeing/at the beach :).

Bingin Garden - great location and loved the facilities. Pool is refreshing. Setting is lovely. Tommy is easy to work with and Armand and staff are great. Quick walk to beach. Good food nearby. Stayed 4 nights and plan to return.
