Evin konumu mükemmel, tarihi yapılara çok yakın. Balat bölgesinin küçük dar tarih kokan sokaklarında gezmekten cok keyif aldık Tarihi yarımadaya gidip gelmemiz evin konumu itibariyle cok rahat oldu. Evin içi gayet güzel, deniz manzarası mevcut. Öneririz

We loved our stay at Beliz’s cozy green house. Good communication, clean and beautiful appartment, and a rooftop tarrace with picturesque view over the bosphorus (can recommend to watch the sunrise from the rooftop). Other than that, Beliz was very helpful with tips and questions we had during our stay. Can recommend this, and would love to come back.

What a lovely apartment! Huge comfortable bed, air conditioning for if it’s hot, central heating if it’s cold. Turkish coffee on tap! The town, Balat, is amazing with winding streets full of cafes,restaurants, cute shops and history. Melis is brilliant with communication before you arrive and was literally standing in the road waiting for us. We found the local guide map that Melis made too late, look for The Green House Map! The apartment is East facing so sunrise is bright as no blackout curtains so do bring your sleep mask

Beautiful space, loved our stay and the location. It was the perfect place to be and explore the rest of Istanbul. So many cute coffee shops and streets nearby. I would stay here again!
