The apartment was extremely clean and the furniture is comfortable. The location seemed to be good when looking on the map, in terms of being near the airport, however in reality it is very difficult if not impossible to walk to the airport on foot. The traffic is busy on the roads, and there is not a safe place to walk. You will need to take a taxi to go to or from the airport. Also, there is a discoteca across the street, which can be very noisy during the night.

Massimo’s place is a bit outside of Florence but very easily accessible to the city center by either tram or bus. Super easy check in and very accommodating to travel changes. Close to the airport and witching bus/tram to both train stations. The kitchen has everything I could possibly need and more and the patio is super cute! It is a big place, bigger than expected, and the neighborhood charm and perks, like a bio/organic shop down the street along with a large supermarket just 1 km away, made this stay wonderful.
