Very easy to find. Extremely well located - "downtown" oban is less than a 5 min walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast supply was a nice bonus. We quite enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

My partner and I only stayed for one night after we had got off the ferry from Mull. The room was lovely; clean, well presented and nice touches such as the throw on the bed. The bed was so comfy, we had an excellent night's sleep on soft, high quality feeling sheets. Instructions for getting in were sent on the day and it was easy to find the house and let ourselves in. We would definitelystay there again, it was great.
