Property is right in the midst of KP, close to westin Hotel. Reaching there was easy by just following the location provided by Rahul and instruction was so detailed that i could locate the house and get into my room without any help at 3:30am. Ground and first floor of the villa is occupied by the owner and guests and you will have 1 large bedroom/living room along with private bath available at the 2nd floor. The room can accommodate 3 ppl easily and very cosy if you are looking for a private room in a villa ( it would have been better if there was an external entry to the room to make it more private) Villa has a beautiful garden well maintained by Rahul and has a beautiful view of the river. In the morning with gentle flow and sound of water along with chirping birds makes it a divine experience to spend time in the open areas of the villa (this is the most beautiful experience of staying with Rahul) i definitely recommend this place
