Sawyer's Creek B & B is a beautiful, large and quiet property. The hosts provide for daily breakfast in the big modern kitchen. There is a propane BBQ available for guests on the deck. The 4 pc bathroom comes with superior bath products. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans, comfy beds and lots of storage. The original style of the house is reflected in the sitting room which has lots of seating, TV and a huge DVD collection.

Can't say enough good things about Sarah and Steve's place! We loved everything about it during our 5 night stay in August -- the cleanliness, the spacious kitchen, large living room and all the upstairs bedrooms. Sarah and Steve were very welcoming and responded quickly when we had any questions. It was great being nestled in the woods, exploring their garden in some glorious late summer sun, and doing short car trips to Abbey Gardens and West Guilford, which were just a couple of minutes away. Definitely recommend staying at Sarah and Steve's if you're keen to explore the Haliburton area!

Sawyer’s creek bed and breakfast was a very cozy and beautiful antique home, filled with treasures from the history inside the house. We enjoyed the richness of history that’s felt through the paintings, decorations and furnitures in this nicely kept home. On the outside, it is surrounded by a rustic home organic garden and a welcoming campfire site. We felt very restored while staying at this quite and peaceful home and the time of simply hanging out at this place was one of our best times of the trip. The owners, Sarah and Steven, were very down to earth and gently welcoming. They welcomed us with home baked cookies and a personalized card and shared with us their yummy and nutritious home grown kales, which we had with our Korean bbq meat!! It was the perfect combination. During our trip, we were lost while driving to our destination and when we called Sarah and Steven, they kindly helped us get back on the right path to our destination.
