Catherine and Ian accomodated us very last minute as a booking and were really quick and responsive hosts- having everything ready for us which made our arrival very easy and smooth going the extra mile to help us settle at a late hour of the evening. The place was spotless and as described, it felt like a home from home straight away for us and our baby girl. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Co. Mayo look no further for a place set in a peaceful location with the birdsong and sheep for a morning soundtrack, but only 5mins drive from the vibrant town of Ballina and perfect to explore beyond the wild atlantic way. X2 fantastic bedrooms perfect for a larger family with great outdoor space and parking. Highly recommend, genuine kind hosts,thanks so much Catherine and Ian.

Great accommodation with everything you need and a lot more comfort. Very friendly hosts. Everything as described and in very good condition. Also very helpful and friendly hosts. We felt comfortable straight away.

We had such a lovely stay at this house! The property is gorgeous, scenic and peaceful. The house itself is well-appointed, so comfortable and clean. The hosts were incredibly sweet. They were welcoming and kind to our children: even going so far as to get some toys out of storage for our youngest to play with while we were visiting. It was our daughter’s Birthday while we were here. We brought a cake and candles but just before we were about to sing happy birthday- we realized we didn’t have matches to light the candles! Ian brought some over from next door right away. Saved the day! Just very kind and generous people. As far as our children were concerned the best part was their sweet dog- who tirelessly played fetch with them. They LOVED the dog, and he was wonderful and gentle with them. The house had everything you need for ease: dishwasher, washer and dryer, a hot shower with great pressure and tons and tons of fresh air. This stay should not be missed.

Great Hosts, and beautiful place to stay! Very friendly family. A great off the beaten path location, but very close to town.
