对于旅行者那是一个非常理想的栖息地，房源位于法兰西大街环岛路口，通过出租车很容易找到，背面有大量的饮食店铺可供选择，穿过马路即可抵达标志性建筑物艺术科技馆和海洋馆，大楼旁的自助自行车🚴‍♀️🚴可以快速抵达老城区。二层的复式公寓干净整洁，厨具用品齐全，小阳台提供了晾晒的空间，只要放下遮光帘即可安静入睡，

Loved the place it was amazing right in the newer development of the city with the Science center few walking minutes away. When you step outside you have access to anything you can think of, cafes, restaurants, bike rental and so much more. The bus stop is across the street, which takes you straight into Valencia square. This place as amazing. Will definitely come back to the same place again.

Nice apartment conveniently located by the City of Arts and Sciences. Located within a short bus ride to the beach (no.19 route) and also the old town (no.19). Unfortunately the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during the first week of April when we stayed, which was disappointing since we were told it was available when we double checked with the hosts prior to our stay. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities that a family of 5 require for a short stay. There are bus stops right outside the apartment as well as bike hire shops. Please note the apartment is on a busy main road and therefore noise is to be expected. It is also situated above a bar, so the Friday night when we stayed was noisy until the early hours B of the morning. All in all a pleasant stay in a nice apartment.

Hemos estado cinco noches con niños de 8 y 5 años. La casa está muy bien. Nos ha gustado muchísimo la ubicación por los siguientes motivos: aparcamiento sin OTA en los alrededores, hay un Carrefur pequeño en la misma calle, justo al lado de los jardines del Turia y más o menos a la misma distancia del casco viejo y de la marina. Nos hemos movido con bicis y la ciudad está muy preparada para ello (incluso con niños). A la casa le falta lavavajillas, que es una pena, pero por lo demás nos ha gustado muchísimo. El anuncio es algo confuso con el tema de la piscina. En Marzo cerrada. La verdad es que repetiríamos.
