Стефан великолепен в общении! Мы долго вели переписку, так как планировали снимать на месяц. Он был учтив, внимателен и заботлив! Квартира сделана с душой и в ней есть все необходимое, чтобы чувствовать себя как дома. В момент проживания складывается впечатление, что ты остановился у близкого друга, который проявляет максимум заботы. Расположение также отличное. Не смотря на то, что это оживленная улица, спать было тихо и спокойно, а паркинг легко найти либо прямо перед домом, либо на ближайшей улице. Спасибо Стефан за великолепный месяц, проведенный в квартире!

I had a great stay in Stefan's apartment. I had everything I needed. The apartment is well located for public transportation in Graz and also many things are walking distance. Stefan is friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my 4-week stay in Graz. The city is wonderful, the land of Steiermark has a lot of nice landscapes. During this period, I also visited other places in Austria (Wien, Salzburg, Villach, Innsbruck, Linz etc.) as well as a few places in Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany (Bavaria) and Czech Republic. All these places and countries are reachable with one-day trips by train from Graz. The apartment was great, too. The location is perfect: 15 minutes by foot to the railway station and 15 minutes to the city center, also by foot. The trams in the Old Town of Graz are free of charge, you can use them as often as you want. The ceiling of this apartment is really high, it creates more space to breathe. The kitchen, the toilet, the sleeping room and the bathroom are fully equipped, you are getting all you need. Communication with Stefan was great, too. He really helped me to answer all the questions which I had. The price-quality correlation is very pleasant. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Austria during these weeks at this reasonable cost. I can absolutely recommend this place for all travellers who love mountains, historical towns and who value their money.

To my liking this is an absolute 5 star apartment! It is not large, but the ceiling is extremely high(around 3,5 meters), which I find really cool. Therefore there are two sleeping lofts that leave enough space for other stuff. The kitchen is also convenient. The size of the refrigerator and the dining space as well as the quantity of kitchenware is more than enough for two people. The Wi-Fi works really well. However the main advantage of the place is it’s location. Just about 500m away is Lend Platz, where one can find a few grocery stores including a Spar(another one is even closer, but it lies in the other direction) and a huge farmers’ market from time to time. The closest bus station is also like next door; a bus can take you from there to the center of the city in around 5-10 minutes. Besides the apartment will be interesting to students of the preparation courses of the Graz universities(VGUH), which can be reached on foot in about 3-5 minutes. Separately I must mention that Stefan, the landlord, is a very nice and friendly person. He explains everything you need to know about the apartment quite thoroughly, which helps a lot. Thank you Stefan for the great experience!

Stefan is a great host, he is very kind and he even cooked for me and my daughter. The house has everything I needed. Great location. I recommend Stefan’s apartment.
