Very nice place to camp! Me and my wife went to a concert at bethel and this was the perfect location and property to camp at. Valian was waiting on our arrival to check us in and let us know about everything that we needed to know about our stay. Very great host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to camp!

Val is the absolute best, the grounds are always kept in great condition. Val goes out of his way for his guests. Really is a hidden gem.

This is my second time at Val’s this year. His place is officially my go to campsite and the best part is it’s open year round. Val wasn’t on site but I met Rich who kindly welcomed & accommodated my friend and I. It’s great because you have access to a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster & full fridge with a freezer. You also have a full bathroom with plenty of towels, a tub, shower & hot water! It’s also nice to see the chickens roaming around everyday. There are also trails on his huge property you can take short nature walks on and see a lake they are fixing for future use! I’m already planning to return to book their large glamping style tents during the wintertime and next summer. I’ll definitely be back multiple times next year 😊 Thank you Val and Rich! I appreciate you both!

Nice spot for camping, not far from Bethel Woods for concerts! Valian was very friendly and would recommend! He has a nice dog too!
