Located in the heart of Cilento, the villa is not far from the Omignano railway station, ii is at only 2 minutes car distance from the "Cilentana" highway, which connects the most beautiful and renowned places in Cilento, and only 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ascea Marina and Casal Velino Marina. The villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests and consists of two structures with the large garden equipped with private swimming pool in the centre. The main building offers 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a reading room and two small living rooms, one of which with a sofa bed for a total of 7 beds. The dependance has a large kitchen equipped with a dining area for 10 guests, a double bedroom with sofa bed, a single bedroom with private bathroom guaranteeing 3 comfortable beds. The villa has private parking, a laundry room, an equipped patio, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, a swimming pool with sunbeds, an equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower and wifi internet. The property is surrounded by a fantastic orchard and an organic vegetable garden which the owners make available to guests.

Excellent séjour à Omignano, nous y avons passé deux semaines, deux couples et trois enfants, la location est parfaite. Bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa salle de bains et toilettes, la climatisation bien utile en été dans chaque pièce. Anna et Carmine sont des hôtes merveilleux, discrets, mais présents en cas de besoin. Vous profiterez des légumes et fruits que Carmine apporte régulièrement. Un séjour vraiment parfait.
Proprietari super cordiali e disponibili . Purtroppo solo due giorni prima di partire abbiamo avuto un problema in famiglia e per questo abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla vacanza . Dopo aver sentito i proprietari della villa siamo riusciti a concordarci per rimandare la vacanza il prossimo anno senza aver perso la quota del pernotto e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo . Che dire ?! Non vediamo l ora di conoscervi e di passare una settimana in Cilento con tutta la famiglia in questa meravigliosa Villa . Grazie ancora per la comprensione ⭐️

Une villa superbe avec plein d'avantages et des hôtes fantastiques! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète et super bien aménagée Les hôtes sont tellement gentils que nous avons eu un gros coup de foudre et espérons rester en contact Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement à l'arrivée pour le tour du proprio et nous remettre les clés Comme ils vivent à proximité ils étaient toujours disponibles au besoin La villa compte de magnifiques citronniers sur place et nous avons reçu des citrons à l'arrivée Quelle sauce au vin et citron nous avons pu faire! L'endroit est super securitaire, le village est accessible a la marche avec plein de services Je recommande vivement!!!!
We spent 2 weeks in Simona's house and everything went perfectly. The rental is spacious and well organized. All the facilities are in perfect working order and clean. The fact that we have air conditioning in all the rooms is very appreciable. Simona is a very considerate host, she always answered our questions quickly. Moreover, the presence of her parents nearby allowed her to be very reactive.
