My friends and I had such a nice time at this villa. The staff were always so smiley and happy help with whatever was needed and would always say hello or goodbye as we came and went. We loved showering in the outdoor shower and lazing by the pool with the tranquil sounds. We even had a cute little cat come and visit a few times! All amenities were as described, the maids came and cleaned daily and the mosquito coils were lit daily for us. Everything was walkable distance with great coffee spots and dinner spots near. Thank you for our stay!

I don’t like writing negative reviews, however I cannot possibly avoid this one. Having turned up at the villa, not only did the bedrooms smell, but it was dirty… bedsheets did not seem clean, old remnants of food in cupboards and fridge, kitchen and contents tired and in some cases unfit for purpose, bathroom had a filthy sink… etc.. to top it all, the pool light feel out underwater when children were playing - wire exposed, so for the few hours we were there we had to ensure pool electricity was off and kids at a distance… could have been a simple case of reattaching light and harmless, however not exactly a risk one would take and was hardly reassuring. We stayed one night with our children and left the following morning. Only positive was the way Airbnb handled the situation with a refund for unused nights…

The 2 BR villa turned out to be an absolute gem. Quiet, green, airy. Bedrooms neat and cosy. Superb living, dining, kitchen area opening into the garden and pool area made it a thoroughly enjoyable space. The crew including Linda, Dina, the Ayus, and the garden staff were very cheerful, friendly, and responsive. Filling breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit, juice, toast, and eggs. The Villa is just a few walking minutes away from decent restaurants and the main shopping streets of Seminyak - Jalan Raya Seminyak and Jalan Kayu Aya. Grab taxis were available within 3-5 minutes. A 15 minute enjoyable walk to the beach. We would be very happy to go back another time!

Vi bodde i Villa Eight i 4 uker og hadde det fantastisk fint. Veldig hyggelige mennesker. Rengjøring av hus, pool og hage hver eneste dag. Privat og rolig område.

My family of four just spent three nights at Villa Eight. The location is very convenient and quiet from the road etc. The villa itself is well presented and pool is lovely and private. However, there were some problems. Even though we let our host know we were running late (4pm) we weren't informed that she wouldn't be there to greet and show us facilities. The very friendly security guy let us in. The biggest problem was the noise. We had a group of nine Schoolies (school leavers) check in and party for three days. This wouldn't normally be a problem but the pool is about 5m from our villa. So we listened to the boys party and return for more partying in the early hours of the morning for 3 days. There is a curfew for music at 9/10pm but not for yelling, screaming etc. I wish we'd been told about the boys and we would have just postponed for our trip next year. There was also a dog in a villa that barked all night. A nice place but check there are no Schoolies booked in too.
