James’ apartment is conveniently located in Neuilly. It’s a short walk away from the metro and grocery stores as well as a number of cute restaurants, boulangeries and cafes. The bed is comfortable but does take a lot of space when unfolded. The little terrasse outside is really nice.

Appartement très calme, agreable et confortable. Canape lit très confort, du thé et café nespresso laissé pour les premiers jours, bien agréable. Des travaux de rénovation en cours non gênants. Très bon emplacement entre bois Boulogne et porte maillot. 5/5

Booked this studio with my wife on 31st of May - 07th of June. The place was very similar to the photos, only that it seemed smaller. There are a few inconveniencies we found. Firstly, the building was in renovation, which meant a lot of construction noise and an unpleasant access from the main street. Secondly, the place was not so clean, especially the bathroom (glass panel of the shower really dirty). Instead of hand soap, we found a dishwashing detergent. Luckily the metro was really close - about 5 minutes walk, and the surroundings looked great. All in all, i think the price for this accommodation is too big for what it offers.
