We stayed at William's other Elms property, but it was absolutely lovely. Very spacious, modern, and the kitchen and living room were great. The beds were also extremely comfy and the wifi worked well. Would certainly stay again.

William's place was perfect for the Salem trip we had planned. Me and 2 other couples put in for the house. We each had our own bedroom- one master bedroom had its own bathroom and mini living room. The other bathroom was perfect too. The kitchen was great. He has a Roku but def be prepared to put in your own information to watch netflix, prime, etc. He has a Kurig and coffee machine. All kitchen appliances work as well as washer and dryer. The ONE AND ONLY downfall were the guests next door. It was a bunch of young adults who partied all night. Through the master bedroom you can hear their music and talking- it was so loud one night I heard them from my bedroom. Also you can hear them in the living room. This was not william's fault but it was something that I wanted to note. There were a ton of restaurants around town and good bars. Stop and Shop was nearby, as well as pharmacies and liquor stores. Gas stations nearby do close early. Def would stay again!

We were attending our children's Homecoming weekend, and we were looking for an alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms for our family. We enjoyed being able to end a long day of tailgating in the comfort of a home. It was the perfect place to get together, order some dinner to be delivered, play some games, and just enjoy each other. Our host was very helpful and checked in to ensure everything was great.

The house was very nice and clean. Huge shared back yard. Nearby downtown, restaurants, and groceries. William was very friendly when we met at checkout.

Our stay at The Elms was exactly what we hoped it would be. The three bedrooms and the shared spaces allowed my husband and me and our adult children to be together as well as have some space when needed. Extra towels and the washer/dryer made cross-country travel much easier. We were all impressed by the kitchen! Everything we needed (and more!) for the week was at hand. Mealtimes were unusual as we were there to spend time with my dad at a care facility. Knowing we could return to a comfortable living room and a fully stocked kitchen (with great coffee options 😊) made the days less stressful. Bill was welcoming and responsive to messages. Yes, as others noted, you know there are people next door, but I would happily return to The Elms over a hotel!
