Ho alloggiato in un altro appartamento dotato di riscaldamento adeguato visto il periodo. Un appartamento delizioso e arredato con gusto e pregio. Ho potuto mangiare usando porcellane e utensili raffinati. L' appartamento ha un balconcino con vista mare e uno scorcio di Monte Sant'Angelo. Tutto è estremamente pulito, letto comodissimo e ospitalità squisita. Decisamente comodo per spostarsi a piedi o in macchina. Vista panoramica e location nella parte più antica del borgo. Maria Pia, la ragazza che ha curato l' accoglienza e il soggiorno è meravigliosa. Malgrado le temperature rigide che ho trovato sono stata, in casa, sempre al caldo. Consiglio.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst experience I have ever had with airbnb and I have been using airbnb for over a decade. As you can see, my reviews are perfect. The host LIED on the listing stating they had wifi. There was no wifi! Not even a broken or out of order wifi, NO WIFI! I asked the host how to get to the aribnb from Rome, and she told me to take a train to Foggia, so I booked a train to Foggia (which I did not get a refund for!) and then proceeded to tell me that from Foggia the only way I could arrive on that day was to hire a taxi for 75-100 euros. So I found a bus instead, and lost money on the train. I told the host 3 times over the course of the week leading up to my trip that may bus would arrive at 13:45 and asked how I could get to the aribnb from the bus stop. She never replied. So once I arrived at the bus stop with my luggage I had no idea how to get to the airbnb. This town is all cobble staircases so I was not able to walk with my luggage. I was continually messaging the host asking for help who did not answer me for hours while I was on the side of the road in a gas station. I was begging her to help me get there. Finally she said "I am sending a cab to get you". Because of the cobble step streets you can walk on versus the paved hills you can drive, the cab ride was only 2 minutes (literally, not an exaggeration) and yet this cab driver she had booked me charged me 10 euros. Even in Rome that would be absurd. Then she did not even help me carry my bags up the tons of stairs to get to the house. When I finally arrived to the house I asked for the wifi password because I needed to do my work. The listing stated in 3 places that it has wifi (which she deleted right after I checked in!) only for her to tell me "There's no wifi here". None! So the host lied about having wifi. Additionally, the toilet was broken! There was no seat on the toilet, it was just a giant hole not possible to sit on. They also did not tell me how to use the hot water so I had to take cold showers while I was there. I have reached out to airbnb from the moment I got there for them to help me because the listing was inaccurate and I could not work without wifi, putting my job and livelihood in jeopardy, and they did NOTHING! For 3 days I had to stay there waiting for them to get back to me, losing money from my job! They have still not refunded me even though this clearly goes against their "aircovered" policy which is apparently total bs. Additionally, this host was EXTREMELY rude, never once apologizing for the inaccuracy, for lying on the listing, for all the distress this caused me emotionally, financially, etc! Absolutely terrible. Also there is apparently a neighbor with 100 dogs because the entire time I was there there were tons of dogs barking nonstop. Not a few dogs, tons of dogs. Once again this is the worst experience with a host and with airbnb I have ever had, and I had to pay for a new place because they would not refund me despite being in breech of their aircovered policy! Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here and do not support this woman who is a swindler.

Ero stato avvertito che l'appartamento non era disponibile ma ne avrei avuto uno equivalente nella stessa strada. Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutto il necessario, check in preciso e puntuale. Unico neo il parcheggio: purtroppo ci sono pochi posti gratuiti vicino all'appartamento, l'alternativa è un parcheggio comunale a pagamento a circa 10 minuti a piedi.
