I and my wife and two teenage kids stayed for 3 weeks over their Christmas school break and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and delightful experience. The house was homely and clean and had a lovely fireplace to gather around for cosy family evenings after dinner. The hosts were wonderful and friendly and were always around if we needed any help. The location was great as it was easily accessible to the highway and was near the many restaurants and farm markets in the valley. The highlight of our experience must have been Smug the cat and Sonny the dog who visited often and turned out to be great playmates for our kids.

Our family of five stayed at the farmhouse for a month. Our young girls enjoyed their stay tremendously. It was such a unique experience to be on the farm. We spent time walking the property admiring the rows of corn and paying visits to the vegetable stand at the end of the lane. The resident dog, Sunny, was so good and gentle with the girls, and they always looked forward to daily visits from her. The location was perfect where it was remote enough to feel quiet, but still very close to town and the local vineyards and brewery. John and Hannah are incredible hosts and a wealth of knowledge of the area. We really enjoyed our chats with them and their hospitality.

Location is very close to the wineries. The farmhouse is very peaceful and private. John is very friendly and has very good recommendations.

Large, gorgeous home. Lots of thoughtful touches. Spacious rooms in all parts of the home. Very welcoming.
