Topical Deluxe was simply AMAZING! We visited for one of my daughter's 16th birthday and 2 of her friends. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN and smelled great upon entry. The instructions to get in the house were very easy. The house was exactly as shown as indicated in the pictures. The host was very responsive in a matter of minutes the few times I had to contact her. The neighbor across the street was very helpful when I needed to find a key to the gate to access the driveway to put our rental jeep top there while we left for the evening. The pool was amazing! Very cold but good for the hot Florida weather. It was definitely one of the best highlights of our stay! The times LOVED IT! Overall, this was such an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again! I am already planning another vacation to stay here if available! I plan to bring my entire family next time. Wonderful house and great vibes! Thank you for amazing maxing stay!!

We needed a place to stay for our family of 7 adults that was near to Coconut Grove and the Thalatta Plantation. This neighborhood house had all the amenities and comfort we needed. The house was clean, kitchen equipped and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sunbathing by the pool during the day and playing ping-pong at night. The only thing we wished that it had one more bathroom.

Celebrating mother’s 100th birthday at Bill Sadowski Park-and wanted someplace convenient and close by. Tropical Deluxe was the right price and it was so comfortable. 4 bedrooms accommodated everyone in my family. All rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was great. Have stayed at several Airbnb’s and this place was exactly what I wanted. Thank you to our Hosts for answering my questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
