This bright, beautiful and cozy apartment is located on the Lauttasaari-island next to the city center. It is a safe residential area with beautiful parks, forests and is surrounded by the sea. The apartment is furnished with Scandinavian design and it offers all the basic necessities you need. One 160 cm double bed, 140 cm sofa bed, a big balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are at your use. Tea, coffee, and spices are on the house. The apartment consist of a bed room (incl. a double bed, a wardrobe and a work station), a living room (incl. a sofa bed, a tv and a dining table), a kitchen, bathroom / wc (incl. a washing machine) and a balcony.

A flat in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Helsinki. It is very cozy and convenient, about five minutes walk from the subway station. The facilities for living were perfectly equipped and I really enjoyed my “Helsinki's daily life”. Also I enjoyed playing the upright piano and guitar in the room. I strongly recommend it. Barrio tranquilo y muy acogedor, con todo lo indispensable cerca, a 5 minutos andando de la parada de metro con tan sólo a 3 paradas del centro. El piso está impecable y el anfitrión muy atento y detallista. Nos ha encantado!!!

The place is very cozy and nice, suitable for family with children. Center is two metro stations away, so very close. The area itself is quiet and safe. Defenately would come once again. Приятное место, очень удобно, до центра 2 станции метро, метро в 5 мин пешком от квартиры. Очень большой балкон, на котором, при желании , тоже можно ночевать ;)
