As a graduate student, I loved that the place had everything I needed. The husband and wife were always accommodating and considerate, with an attention to details that would make my stay more comfortable. While there was plenty of room outside, they still cleared out the grill to give me much more room without me asking. It’s the little things you know? Spent many long nights studying & preparing for clinicals and appreciated the sound proofing. I almost never heard a peep so it was easy to focus. The husband built the place and it was clearly a labor of love. The washer and dryer were right inside the living room tucked away behind cupboard doors so that when the doors were shut, you’d forget they were running. There were never any issues or noise complaints…it truly felt like my second home. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet as well. The hosts are truly genuine and giving people, I cannot overemphasize the support I felt, they truly went above & beyond. Highly recommended!!

Sabrina's place was so much more than we expected. The space is well designed to be very usable and accommodated the two of us for 3 1/2 months without feeling cramped. Sabrina was very easy to communicate with and quickly provided us with anything we needed. She and her family were delightful and provided us more than the privacy we could have asked for. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, ideally located to everything. We have already recommended them to our friends who may be visiting this area.

I stayed at this Airbnb for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed it. The location was in a safe neighborhood with a lot of families. It was also near a lot of stores, so I could easily pick up things I needed. San Marcos is such a cute town, with beautiful hill and mountain views The space was super cozy and homey. The kitchen was fully stocked, so it made it super easy to cook. I really felt like I had everything I needed. Overall I would definitely love to stay here again if I’m in the area!

This place was our little home for 3 months and perfect space/area and location . Sabrina is always one message away and always attentive to her tenants . The neighborhood is quiet and in a very nice area . No issues during our stay can’t wait to visit again

Sabrina made my daughters and I feel right at home when we needed a safe comfortable place to stay. The casita space is new and beautifully renovated with everything a family needs to call home away from home. Sabrina’s attentiveness to our needs was excellent, we would highly recommend staying 😊🌺
