Booked this so my parents could baby sit our daughter while my husband and I attended a wedding. Would love to book again for a get away for just me and my husband, but definitely had the room for all 5 of us and would book again for a bigger family again as well. The views are unbeatable and you will fall asleep to the light sound of waves. Very cozy inside and my daughter had a blast finding leaves in the backyard in front of the water. Extremely close to town and all the places we needed to be for the wedding. I definitely recommend.

The unit had not been cleaned,dirty diapers in trash, beds &whole unit really gross & SMELLED. All communication was done through text and phone-don't recommend this, insist on AirBnB platform instead. Arrived at 5pm, and waited until 10 pm to be told that there would be no cleaning available until a.m., & they couldn't find placement for us anywhere else. Involved AirBnB support, to escalate the situation. We (husband, young daughter & I) slept in our car, house unlivable,as we could not find lodging nearby that Vacasa was willing to compensate for, and AirBnB could only cover 30%. AirBnB offered hotels 9-hours away (glitch?), which we obviously had to decline. AirBnB ended up resolving the situation, canceling our res (refund 3-5days)& we sourced another in a different town. Renters beware: while Vacasa's customer service rep was genuinely very apologetic,they cannot assist with resolutions, it all goes up to 'the local management". AirBnB support&resolution was A+, as always

Love this little house! We were lucky to watch the fireworks from Maine Days right from the backyard. This was our second stay here and we’d love to return.
