The apartment was exceptionally well placed to explore Girona old town and its sites and restaurants . It had great views onto the river and the Eiffel Bridge and the Rambla on the other side. The access stairs were a little narrow and steep and could be a problem if you had mobility issues. However overall the apartment was excellent and we would highly recommend.

Girona was a lovely, walkable city. I loved the location right next to one of the bridges, and enjoyed bird watching out my window! The rooms and beds were very comfy for two my friends and me. We each had our own room. I hope to visit Girona again and will definitely recommend to other friends when/if they're traveling that way.

This was a fantastic apartment in every way but one - it was super noisy. On Thursday night, right beneath our window, from about 9.15 to 11.15 a band played with bagpipes, guitar and violin to an audience of about 50 people who were clapping and cheering and dancing. If we hadn’t had to get up at 6 the next morning to get to the airport I might have enjoyed it but as it was it was extremely annoying. I’m guessing this is a regular occurrence because a mini-stage is set up there. This aside, I liked the apartment a lot - so convenient to explore the medieval and Jewish quarters. The noise issue would make me hesitate to rent the apartment again.
