I had a relocation, for work purposes, for 5 weeks so needed a comfortable spot to stay in. Perry was a great host and very responsive when I needed to get in touch. Good walking distance to the front. Being the quieter end of Southend was definitely a good thing. A large house with a good size back garden. Shower is powerful and hot. Always a bonus! I had to have the heating on at times and it soon became very cosy. Bed was extremely comfortable. Can’t be bad…. I’m probably booking it again for another 7 week relocation period! The Harvester restaurant (at the bottom of the road and to the left) opened up ready for the first May bank holiday so a good stroll in the sunshine for food and a few drinks, with no worries about driving, was great. I’m used to a very quiet hamlet in Dorset so being in a housing estate on a busy road took me some getting used to!
The property is situated on a highly regarded residential road within walking distance of Thorpe Bay Station which offers direct links to London Fenchurch Street, The property is also within walking distance of the beautiful seafront and within a short drive of award winning East Beach and Adventure Island. The journey to London Fenchurch Street by Train takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
